<br /> particularl.y described as follows: Commencing at the northea.st corner of the SE4 of
<br /> ? said Section Seventeen (17); running thence south 59 rods; thence west 21 and 1�1/59
<br /> rods; thence north 59 rods; thence East 2.1 and 47./59 rods to the place of beginning,
<br /> as descri�ed in the deed recorded in Book 50, at Page 255 of the deed Records of
