<br /> WHEREAS, Harry D. Hendrickson and Robert A. Iiendrickson,
<br /> Executors under the Last Will and Testament of Addie }iendrickson,
<br /> deceased, which �Vill was duly approved and admitted to Probate in
<br /> the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 24th day o� Fehr-
<br /> uary, 1965, and is of record in said Court, Parties o.f. the First Part,
<br /> and LaFern V. Hervert of. Buf.falo County, Plebraska, Party of the Second
<br /> Part, ZVitnesseth:
<br /> WHEREAS, said Will confers and empowers the F.xecutors ,
<br /> among other things , to sell and convey all of the decedent's real and
<br /> personal property, including the hereafter described real proper.ty,
<br /> without restriction as to private or public sale or the time or nlace
<br /> thereof and to divide the net proceeds thereof amona the heirs of the
<br /> decedent named in said Last 4t'ill and Testament, and
<br /> WHEREAS, Parties of the First Part have had all of the de-
<br /> cedent's real property appriased for the purpose of determing inheri-
<br /> tance tax, and
<br /> WHEREAS, Party of the Second Part has offered the sum of
<br /> $20 ,000.00 for the hereafter described property, which bid is equal
<br /> to the appraisal obtained on said property .f.or inheritance tax purposes
<br /> and is the highest and best bid received and constitutes the fair and
<br /> reasonable market value of said property, and
<br /> WHEREAS, all of the heirs named in said I.ast Will and Testa-
<br /> ment have consented to the sale of the hereafter described property
<br /> at private sale to Second Party for the sum of $20,000. 00 , said hid
<br /> being the highest and best bid obtained,
<br /> NOW, THBREFORE, the undersigned Parties of the i'irst Part,
<br /> as Executors of the Estate of Addie Hendrickson, deceased, in consider-
<br /> ation of the premises and the sum of $20,000.00, to us in hand paid
<br /> by Second Party, receipt whereo£ is hereby acknowledged, and by virtue
<br /> o£ and in execution of the powers granted to the undersigned in and
<br /> by virtue of the terms of said Wi11, we do hereby grant, bargain, sell
