<br /> WF�REF�S, the Sehool 'District of the City of Gra.nd I�land is
<br /> the owner of a tra�.t of land�containing- 9.876 acres, more or less,
<br /> being a part of.the �ast Half of th� Northeast
<br /> �ection Twenty-two f22�j,. Township Eleyen (11,� North, RangeNNi�neo(gj�
<br /> West of the 6th P.M., Hall Caunty, Nebraska, ,.which tract `of land is '
<br /> more particularly described in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book
<br /> 142 of Deeds at Page 412 of the Deed Records .in`the Office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska, and,
<br /> W��REAS, Bel Air Corporation, a corporation, is the owner of
<br /> a tract of land contai�tinq 36 acres, more or less, such ttact being
<br /> a part of the Ea�t Half of the Northeast Quarter (E�-NE�j of Section
<br /> '�wenty-two (22�j, Township �leven (17.�j North, Range Nin�_ (9.), West
<br /> of the 6th P.M., Hall �ounty, Nebraska, which tract of land is more
<br /> particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 143 at
<br /> Page 274 of the Deed Recerds in the _Office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> o:E Hall County, Nebraska, whieh tract of land abutts on the land
<br /> owned by the SahooY District of the City of �rand Island on three
<br /> sides, and,
<br /> ��I�S, such Bel Air Corporation contemplates developing the
<br /> tract of grou:rtd owned by it as a residential area and has had the
<br /> same surveyed with a view to dividing such tract of ground into
<br /> residential lots and blocks, and,
<br /> WHER�A,S, due to the shape and the location with relation to
<br /> the outside boundaries of the tract owned by such Bel Air Corpor-
<br /> ation, it is difficult to properly plat the land owned by Bel Air
<br /> and to locate streets and alleys thereon, and,
<br /> wHEREAS, Bel Air Corporation has �ered, provided the �chool
<br /> District .of the City of Grand Island deeds to Bel Air Corporation
<br /> the tract of ground presently owned by it, �to deed to the �chool
<br /> District of the City of Grand Island, another tract of ground
<br /> cont«ining 9. 86 acres, more or.less, such tract of ground being
<br /> more pa.rticularly described and shown on the plat attached hereto,

<br /> W��, it is advantageous to the School District of the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that the area be properly developed
<br /> with adequate streets and alleys to serve the area and to serve
<br /> the school contempla.t.�d to be built thereon by the School District
<br /> of the Gity of Grand Island, and,
<br /> WHEREA,.S, the tract proposed to be deeded to the �chool District
<br /> of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, contains the same number of
<br /> a cres as the tract presently owned by the Sehool Di�strict of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, and will adequately serve as a site for a school
<br /> contemplated to be built by the Sehool District of the City of Grand
