<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESH PRESENTS, that Maurice D. DeVore and Helen DeVore,
<br /> husband and wife, each in his and her own right an� as spouse of each other,
<br /> herein called the grantors, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
<br /> consideration, received from grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm'
<br /> unto Maurice D. DeVore and Helen DeVore, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
<br /> right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real
<br /> property in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br /> Also the following described property, to-wit: Commencing seven .93 CH

<br /> Quarter of Section Fifteen (15) Township Ten (10), North, Range Eleven
<br /> (11), West of the 6th P. M., thence South six .30 CH (6.30), thence
<br /> West Six .98 CH (6.98), thence North Seven .35 CH. (7.35), thence East
<br /> Five .50 CH (5.50) to the Bed of Wood River, thence along the Bed of
<br /> Wood River, to the place of beginning, and containing five acres, bethe
<br /> same a little more or less. Also the following described property to-wit:

<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all tene-
<br /> ments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and
<br /> to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
