<br /> as JOINT TENANTS, and not as tenants in common; the following described real estate, situated in the County of
<br /> Hall and State of Nebraska , to-wit:

<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, also a right-of-way
<br /> _ for the purpose of a driveway over the Easterly three and one-half
<br /> (32) feet of Lot Four (4), in said Block, subject, however, to a
<br /> right-of-way reserved for the purpose of a driveway for the benefit
<br /> of said Lot Four (4) over the Westerly three and one-half (32) feet
<br /> of said Lot Three (3).
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the estate, title,
