<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THE$E PRESENTS: That Charles E. Deets,
<br /> Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, as Trustee of the Trust Estate
<br /> of Soren B. Sorensen, deceased, and pursuant to authority granted
<br /> him b� the Last Will and Testament of Soren B. Sorensen, deceased,
<br /> in consideration of One Dollar (�1.00). in hand paid to him by the
<br /> Grantees, hereby grants, .conveys and confirms unto HENRY H. THADEN
<br /> and CATHERINE MARIE THADEN, as tenants in common, the following
<br /> described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The Southwest t�uarter (SW�) of Section Twenty-f'our
<br /> (2i�), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9)
<br /> West of the 6th P.M. ,
<br /> together with all tenements,, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
<br /> or demand whatsoever of �he said testator and creator of the trust
<br /> of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, being the tract of
<br /> land hereinabove described, with the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br /> thereof, unto the said Henry H. Thaden and Catherine Narie Thaden
<br /> as tenants in common and to the. heirs and assigns of said Grantees
<br /> forever, and the Grantor hereby covenants that the premises are free
<br /> and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes
<br /> levied against the estate of Soren B. Sorensen, deceased, that he
<br /> is lawfully the Trustee of the trust estate of Soren B. Sorensen,
<br /> deceased, and has power to convey as aforesaid, and has in all
<br /> respects acted, in making this conveyance, in pursuance of the
<br /> authority granted in and by the said Last Wil1 and Testament
<br /> creating the trust; and that he has not made, done or suffered any
<br /> : act, matter or thing whatsoever, since he was Trustee as afores�,
<br /> whereby the above granted premises, or any part thereof, are, shall
<br /> or may be impeached, charged or encumbered in any manner whatsoever
<br /> and further hereby warrants that he will defend the said premises
<br /> against the iawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by,
<br /> through or under said estate.
