retained, taken and/or used for any and all govern-
<br /> mental, public or other purposea of any nature, whatso-
<br /> ever; and
<br /> (b) General taxes for the year 1965 and all years
<br /> subsequent thereto; and
<br /> (c) Any and a11 recorded ox unrecorded assignments,
<br /> easements, grants, leases, licenses, reservations,
<br /> rights-of-way, and the ri�hts and/or privileges arising
<br /> therefrom, for the construction, installation, mainte-
<br /> nance, use, operation, repair, extension, renewal and
<br /> removal of public and private alleys, crossings, high-
<br /> ways, overhead runways, roadways, sidewalks, streets,
<br /> � tunnels, and viaducts and water, sewage, storm sewers,
<br /> drains, gas, electricity, steam and any and all other
<br /> service and utility lines, conduits, drains, pipes,
<br /> wires, fixtures, poles and ar�y and all other service and
<br /> utility facilities located under, over, upon and across
<br /> the above-described Premises; and
<br /> (d) Any and all building, zoning, and other condi-
<br /> tions, restrictions and limitations of record; and
<br /> (e) Any and all railroad lines, tracks, sidings,
<br /> spur tracks, rights-of-way and any and all grants, ease-
<br /> ments, leases, licenses and operating agreements related
<br /> thereto or in connection therewith; and
<br /> (f) Any and aZl party wall agreements and the rights
<br /> accruing thereunder; and
<br /> (g) Any and a11 encroachments, if any, or other
<br /> facts which a, correct survey and/or inspection of the
<br /> premises would disclose; and does hereby convenant to
<br /> warrant and defend the said premises aga,inst the law-
<br /> ful claims of a11 persons whomsoever.
