<br /> sideration, received from the Grantees, daes hereby quitclaim,
<br /> grant, convey and confirm 11/12 of the following described real
<br /> estat� unto Lena Beck� Fred Voss, Harry VQSS, Ella Rauert, Anna
<br /> Westphal, Gus Voss, Lo.�a Lingeman� Leona Martin, Raymond H. Voss,
<br /> Margaret Hicks and Dorothy Becker; and does hereby quitclaim,
<br /> grant, convey and confirm 1/12 of the following describ�d real
<br /> estate unto Shirley Chrystal and James S. Niehaus.; the foregaing
<br /> �13 last named persons being the Grantees herein, and hereby
<br /> conveying unto them the following described real estate in Hall

<br /> westerly of Locust Street in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and more particularly described as commenc-
<br /> ing at the Southwest corner of said premises on the
<br /> North line of West Louise Street, then North 140 feet,
<br /> then East 75.5 feet, then South 88.4 feet to a point
<br /> on the West line of Louise Street, then 58.85 feet
<br /> in a Southwesterly direction to the North line of said
<br /> �fest Louise Street, then West 47.25 feet along the
<br /> North line of West Louise Street to the place of
<br /> beginning,
