<br /> Charles Wasmer's Third Addition to Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, being a rectangular tract of ground with
<br /> a Southerly frontage of 52 feet on Charles Street in
<br /> said City, and a depth of I32 feet.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with
<br /> all the tenements , hereditaments , and appurtenances thereto bel onging, unto
<br /> the said Grantee and to his heirs and assigns forever.
