<br /> EXECUTOR'S DEED
<br /> Whereas, under paragraph "Second" of the will of William
<br /> J. Arrasmith, deceased, which was admitted to probate in the
<br /> County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of March,
<br /> 1864, the following p rovision is made: I give, devise and
<br /> bequeath to my beloved wife, Jean L. Arrasmith, one-half of all
<br /> my estate, into which shall be included all real estate I may
<br /> own at the time of my death, to have and to hold unto her, her
<br /> heirs and assigns forever; provided. . . . . In making this
<br /> division of my estate to her, I direct that it be turned over
<br /> and assigned to the National Bank of Commerce Trust and
<br /> Savings Association, of Lincoln, Nebraska, as a living trust
<br /> for her. . . . . . . That on said day this grantor, Ralph A. Haggart,
<br /> was appointed and became the duly qualified and acting Executor
<br /> of said will, and at this date still is such duly qualified
<br /> and acting Ezecutor. That the within described real estate is
<br /> all of the real estate owned by said deceased at the time of
<br /> his death.
<br /> Therefore, I, Ralph A. Haggart, Executor of the Will of
<br /> William J. Arrasmith, deceased, in consideration of the pro-
<br /> visions of the will of said deceased, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br /> sell and convey unto
<br /> National Bank of Commerce Trust and Savings Association,
<br /> of Lincoln, Nebraska,
<br /> the follrnving described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> The Easterly twentytwo (22) feet of Lot seven (7) and the
<br /> Westerly thirty (30) feet of Lot eight (8) , in Block seventeen
<br /> (17) in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Zsland,
<br /> Nebraska, and partly in Charles Wasmer's Third Addition to
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, being a rectangular tract of ground
<br /> with a Southerly frontage of 52 feet on Charles Street in
<br /> said city, and a depth of 132 feet.
<br /> to have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br /> all tenements, hereditaments and appertenances thereto
<br /> belonging unto grantee, under the terms of said will.
<br /> Witness my hand this 7th day of July, 1965.
