<br /> husband, of E1 Cajon, California, said Bernice M. Dierks being the sole and
<br /> only heir and devisee of William D. Stelk, (also known as William D. �telck),
<br /> and Betty H. Stelk, (also known as Bertha Stelck), his wife; and
<br /> Marie Stelk Degen, formerly A�rie Stelk (also known as Marie �telck), of
<br /> Grand Island� Nebraska, a single woman; and
<br /> a widow,
<br /> Anna Denker,� T �- n '"'° ''--"'° ', of Phillips, Nebraska; and
<br /> Silda M. Stelk, (also kno-,nm as Silda M. Stelck), a sin�le woman, widow of
<br /> Detlef Stelk, (also known as Detlef Stelck), of Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br /> Evelyn Die�nan and Harry Diel�an, her husband, of Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br /> Dorothy Tooman (formerly Dorothy Sievers) and Gene Tooman, her husband, of
<br /> Upland, Caliiornia, and Elmer D. Stelk and Nola L. Stelk, his wife, of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska., and Elaine Collier and Robert 0. Collier, her husband, of
<br /> Roseville, California, said persons being the sole and only heirs and c�evisees
<br /> of �etlef Stelk, (also known as Detlef atelck); and
<br /> Otto Stelk, (also known as Otto Stelck), and �dna jtelk, his wife, of Bayard,
<br /> Nebraska, Parties of the First Part, and
<br /> �homas J. Pesha and D. Lorrine Pesha, husband and wife, as joint tenar_ts
<br /> with the richt of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, Parties of the
<br /> Second Part:
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Anna Denker and John Denker, her husband; and Marie Ste1k,
<br /> (also known as I�'Iarie ;�telck, now Marie Stelk Degen), single; Otto Stelk (also
<br /> known as Otto Stelck), who was then single; and Detlef Stelk, (also known as
<br /> Detlef Stelck), who was then single, did, on or about the fourteenth day of
<br /> October, 1g18, execute to William D. Stelk, under whom the Parties of the Second
<br /> Part claim, for the consideration therein mentioned, a conveyance of certain real
<br /> estate situa.ted in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and hereinafter more
<br /> particularly described, which said conveyance is recorded in the Gffice of the
<br /> Re�ister of Deeds of the C�unty of' Hall, S�ate of Nebraska, in Book 5�+ at rage
<br /> 514 of the Records of said Office; and whereas in said conveyance, by mistake,
<br /> there was an incomplete description of part of the real estate conveyed therein
<br /> listing sa.id property simply as "Lot Ten (10), in Block Forty (40) in Charles
<br /> ti�]asmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska," instead
<br /> of the complete correct lega� description as "k'ractional Lot Ten (10�, i::
<br /> B1ock Forty (40), in Charles Wasmer's Addition and its complement, to-�ii;:
<br /> Fractional Lot Ten (10)� in Block Forty (40) in Charles Wasmer's Second Addi-
<br /> tion� both being additions to -the City of Grand Island, Nebraska," and whereas
<br /> to prevent difficulties hereafter, it is expedient to correct said error and
<br /> whereas the heirs and devisees of William D. Stelk wish to quiet title in said
<br /> Parties of the Second Part:
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, this indenture witnesseth, that the said Parties of the First
<br /> Part, in consideration of the premises and of One Dollar ($1,00) to them paid by
<br /> the Parties of the Second P�rt, hereby quit claim, �rant, convey, release and con-
<br /> firm unto the said Parties of the Second Part, their heixs and assigns forever,
<br /> all of the following real esta.te situated in the County of Hall s.nd State of
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Fractional Lot Ten (10), in Block Forty (40), in Charles
<br /> Wasmer's Addition, and its complement, to-wit: Fractional
<br /> Lot Ten (10) in Block Forty (�+0), in Charles Wasmer's
<br /> Second Addition, both being additions to the City o�' Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska.
