<br /> Otto Ste1k (also known as Otto Stelck) and Edna Stelk, his wife, of Bayard,
<br /> Nebraska� PARTIES OF THE FIRST PART, and
<br /> Thomas J. Pesha and D. Lorrine : Pesha, husban.d and wife, as joint tenants
<br /> with the right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, PARTIES OF THE

<br /> WI�REAS, the said William D. Stelk (also known as William D. Stelck) and
<br /> Betty H. Stelk (also known as Bertha Stelck), his wife; and Anna Denker and
<br /> John Denker, her husband; and Detlef Stelk (also known as Detlef Stelck) who
<br /> was then sin�le; and Marie Stelk (also known as Marie Stelck;, now Marie
<br /> Stelk Degen), who was then single, did, on or. about the fourteen.th day of
<br /> October, 1918, execute to Otto Stelk (who was then known as Otto Stelck) zznder
<br /> whom the Parties of the Second Part claim, for the consideration therein mentioned,
<br /> the conveyance of certain real estate situated in Grand Island, Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska, and herPirafter more particulaxly described, which said conveyance is
<br /> recorded in the Office of`the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, State of
<br /> Nebraska, in Book 54, Page 512 of the records of said office; and whereas in said
<br /> conveyance, by mistake, there was an incomplete description of part of the real
<br /> estate conveyed therein listing such property simply as "Lot Nine (9), Block
<br /> Forty (�+��, of Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Tsland, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, " instead of the complete legal description as "Fractional Lot Nine (9),
<br /> in Block Forty (40) in Charles Wasmer`s Addition and its and its complement, to-wit:
<br /> Fractional Lot Nine (9) in Block Forty (�+0) in Charles Wasmer's Second Addition,
<br /> both being additions to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska," and whereas, to
<br /> pr�vent difficulties hereafter, it is expedient to correct said error; and whereas
<br /> said Otto Stelk (also known as Otto Stelck) and Edna Stelk, his wife, desire to
<br /> quiet title to the property herein conveyed in said Parties of the Second `rart:
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, this indenture witnesseth� that the said Parties of the First
<br /> Part, in consideration of the premises and of One Dollar ($1.00) to them paid by
<br /> the Parties of the Second Fart, hereby quit claim, grant, convey, release and con-
<br /> firm unto the said Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever,
<br /> all of the following real estate situated in the County of Ha.11 and the State of
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Fractional Lot Nine (9�, Block Forty (�0) in Charles Wasmer's
<br /> Addition and its complement, to-wit: Fractional Lot Nine (9)
<br /> in Block Forty (40) in Charles Wasmer`s Second Addition, both
