<br /> single; and Otto Stelk, (also known as Otto Stelck), who was then single, did,

<br /> tain real estate situated in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and hereinafter

<br /> Page 512, of the Records of said office; and whereas in said conveyance, by
<br /> mistake, there was an incomplete description of;�part of the real estate conveyed
<br /> therein listing such property simply as "Lot Eight (8), Block Forty (40), in
<br /> Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,"
<br /> instead of' the complete correct le�al descrip�tion as "F`ractional Lot Eight (8),
<br /> in Block Forty (�+0), in Charles Wasmer's Addition and its complement, to-wit:

<br /> whereas, to prevent difficulties hereafter, it is expedient to correct said error:
