<br /> Stoldta Executrix under the Last Will and Testament of Anna Stoldt,

<br /> party of the first part, and Orville I. Barker and Laura L. Barker,
<br /> hu� band and wife, as jQint tenants and not as tenants in common, parties

<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, the duly ap-
<br /> pointed�` qualified and acting Executrix of said Anna;Stoldt, deceased,
<br /> und�r h�r Last Will and Testament� which is of record in the County
<br /> Court of Hall County�, Nebraska, by virtue of the power and authority
<br /> granted and conferred upon her under said Will and in consideration
<br /> of the sum of FOUR THOUSAND & No/100 DOLLARS ($4,000.00), to her paid
<br /> by the.'parties of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby con-
<br /> fessed and acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell

<br /> and her suceessors, her heirs: executors and administrators, covenants,

<br /> that she is lawfully the Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> the said Anna Stoldt, Deceased; that she is lawfully seized of said
<br /> premises; that said premises are �ree from encumbrance and that she
<br /> has power to convey as afAresaid, and has in all respects acted, in
<br /> making this conveyance, in p:ursuance of the authority granted in and
<br /> by the said Last Will and Testament of the said Anna Stoldt, Deceased,
<br /> and that she has not madea done or suffercd any act, matter or thing
<br /> whatsoever, since she was executrix as aforesaid, whereby the above
