<br /> , NATHAN HUFF, a widower, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, herein called the grantor, in consideration of One Hundred
<br /> and No�100 Dollars ($100.00) , received from grantee, does quitclaim,
<br /> grant, bargain, sale, convey and confirm unto CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br /> herein called the grantee, the following described real estate
<br /> situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> ' The Southerly forty (l�0.0) feet of that portion of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter o#' the Northeast Quarter (NE�,NE�.) of
<br /> Section Twenty-five {25) , Township Eleven (11) North,
<br /> Range Teri (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska which lies east of the right-of-way of U.S.
<br /> Highway No. 2$1 and west of the right-of-way for the
<br /> County Highway which extends along the east section
<br /> line of said Section Twenty-five (25) , containing
<br /> 0.164 acres more or less, subject to all reservations,
<br /> covenants, restrictions and easements of record, and
<br /> subject to all visible easements, including the presently
<br /> erected and existing sign owned by Mayhew Sign Service
<br /> leased to Meyerfs Farm Equipment and all right, license
<br /> and privilege of said Mayhew Sign Service for the
<br /> continued existence of said sign and subject to the
<br /> right, privilege and permission of said Mayhew Sign
<br /> Service to erect and maintain advertising display
<br /> and signs on said premises.
