<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TI�SE PRESENTS: �
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by First National Bank South Dakota, to
<br />Susan F Schavee and Monte L Schavee, Trustee for the benefit of Susan F Schavee and Monte L Schavee, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated August 22, 2000, and recorded September 27, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />instrument number 02000007998 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
