<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 25, 2009, and executed by Andrew J. Duis and Cp �
<br />Wendy L. Duis, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded September 30, 2009 as
<br />Instrument #200907873, in the Hall County Register of Deed's Office, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />All of Lot Three(3)and that part of Lot Five(5)more particularly described as follov�:Beginning at the Northeast comer of said Lot
<br />5;thence running Southwesterly along the Easterly line of Lot 5,a distance of 87.4 feet to the Southeast comer of Lot 5;thence running
<br />Northerly and parallel to the West line of Lot 5,a distance of 100.95 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of Lot 5;thence running
<br />Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of Lot 5,a distance of 54.1 feet to the point of beginning and containing 2,361.81 square
<br />feet,more or less: All in Block One (1) in Kay-Dee Subdivision of a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW1/4SW1/4) of Sedion Twenty-one (21)in Township Eleven (11)North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
