<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by TR Holdings, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company as
<br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank 8� Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 31, 2006,
<br />recorded July 31, 2006 as Instrument #200606790 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
