Enck and Kelly A. Enck, Husband and Wife as Trustors, to <br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State <br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 18, 2011, recorded <br />February 25, 2011 as Instrument #201101558 Re-recorded June 1, 2011 as Instrument <br />#201104083 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, <br />and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb.
