<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Tnastee,
<br />under the Deed(s) of Trust dated July 10, 2002, and February 2, 2007, executed by Roger A.
<br />Cline and Elizabeth E. Cline, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200207458 on the 17�' of July, 2002, and
<br />as Instrument No. 0200701057 on the 9�' day of February, 2007, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Northerly Twenty (20) Feet of Lot Ten (10) and all of Lot Eleven (11), in Reuting's Second
<br />Subdivision being a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty Four (24),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the Sixth (6�') P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Tnast has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 22" day of February, 2012.
