<br /> received from grantees, 'does grant, bargain, aell convey and eonfirm unto
<br /> William J. Degen and Mary Ann Degen, husband and wife,

<br /> The grantees shall have an easement over such portion of Fractional Lot Two (
<br /> in Fractional Block Six (6) Woodbine Addition to the City of Grand Island, Neb—
<br /> raska, and its complement�: Fractional Lot Two (2) in Fractional Block Sixteen

<br /> which the garage now occupies, this easement and right of occupancy to ter—
<br /> minate if and when the present structure is removed.

<br /> and appurtenanees thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns
<br /> of the survivor of them forever.

<br /> and assigns of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free from

<br /> that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will
