<br /> in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein
<br /> Charles Bockmann, Jr. was plaintiff and Zillian Bockmann
<br /> and Carl E. 4Villard, her legal guardian, ��rere defendants,
<br /> for the partition of the pre.mises hereinafter described,
<br /> the undersigned referee appointed by said court to make
