<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, B. J. CUNNING$AM and AR�JiUR C.
<br /> 'PHOI�LSSEN, Executors under the Last Will and Testament of Claxa F. Ostermeier,
<br /> which Will was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in the County Court
<br /> of Ha11. County, Nebraska, on the 26th day of August, 196�+, Parties of the First
<br /> C.
<br /> Pax-t and HARRY�PREISENDORF� of Grand Island, Nebraska� Party of the Second Part,
<br /> WITNESSETH, that wliereas said Last Wi11 and Testament confers and empowers
<br /> the said Executors, among other things, to sell at public sale for the best
<br /> price obtainab].e� the hereafter described real property and all other real
<br /> property belonging to the decedent and to pay the net proceeds fr�n said sale
<br /> to the legatees named in said Last Will and Testament, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the First Paxties did offer and sell the herea�ter described
<br /> real property at public auction, on the 22nd day of October, 196�+, at 2:00 ;o:.clock
<br /> p.m., at the Ball County Courthouse, after the same was duly advertised in a
<br /> le�al newspaper and by hand bills for a period of more than three weeks prior
<br /> to said sa1e, and
<br /> 47FiEREAS, at said time and place said First Parties as Executors did sell
<br /> the hereafter described property to Pa.rty of the Second Part for the sum of
<br /> Fifty-three Thousand One Hundred and 2'wenty Dollars ($53,120.00), said bid
<br /> being the highest and best bid obtained.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, tbe undersigned Partiss of the First Part as Executors of
<br /> the Estate o�' Clara F. Ostermeier, in consideration of the premises and the sum
<br /> of Fi,f�y-three Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($53,120.00), to us in
<br /> hand paid by Second Party, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and by vixtue
<br /> of and in execution of the powers granted to the undersigned in and by virtue
<br /> of the terms of said Last Will and Testament, do hereby grant, bar�ain, sell
