<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That RALPH RAUERT, as
<br /> ' Executor of the �state of charles Rauert, deceased, and pursuant
<br /> to �the authority granted him by the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> Charles Rauert deceased, and Codicil thereto, in consideration
<br /> of One Dollar �$1.00) in hand paid to him by the Grantees, hereby
<br /> grants, conveys and coniirms unto WILLIAM A. RAUERT and AUDREY ,
<br /> RAUERT, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in
<br /> common, the following described premises, in Hall County, Nebraska,
