<br /> KNOW ALL NTEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That RkLPH RAUERT, as
<br /> Fxecutor of the Estate of Charles Rauert, deceased, and pursuant
<br /> to the authority granted him by the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> Charles Rauert, deceased, and Codicil thereto, in consideration
<br /> of One D'ollar ($1.00) in hand paid to him by the Grantees, he�eby
<br /> grants, conveys and confirms unto HAROLD LUEBBE and IRENE LUEBBE,
<br /> hu�band and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br /> the following described premises, situated in Hall County, Plebraska,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> ' Lot Two (2) in Block Twelve (12) in Schimmer's
<br /> Addition to the City of Grarid Island, Nebraska
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
<br /> or demand whatsoever of the said testator of. , in and to the same,
<br /> or any part therecf.
<br /> The intention of all parties hereto is that in the event
<br /> of the death of either oi the Grantees, the entire fee simple title
<br /> to the real estate described herein shall vest in the survivin;
<br /> Grantee.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the abo��le described premises unto ti7e
<br /> said Harold Luebbe and Irene Luebbe, husband and wife, as joint
<br /> tenants, and not as tenants in common and to their assigns, or
<br /> to the heirs and assi;ns of the survivor of them, forever, and the
<br /> Grantor hereby covenants that the said premises are free and clear
<br /> of any liens or encumbranee caused by any claim for ta,xes levi_ed
<br /> against the estate of Charles Rauert, deceased, and does hereb5r
