<br /> RUDOLPH H. LUEBS, widower, herein ca�led• the grantor, in
<br /> consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and sufficient
<br /> consideration received from grantee, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey and confirm unto ELTON W. LUEBS, herein called the grantee,
<br /> the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br /> of the 6th P.M. , except that portion heretofore
<br /> conveyed to the State of Nebraska for highway
<br /> purposes; and
<br /> All that portion of the Southwest Quarter of
<br /> the Northeast Quarter (SW�.NE�) of Section
<br /> Thirty-six (36) and the Southeast Quarter of
<br /> the Northwest Quarter (SE�,NW4) of Section
<br /> Thirty-six (36) ail in Township Ten (10) North,
<br /> Range Eleven (11) , West of the 6th P.M. that
<br /> lies south of the tract conveyed to the State
<br /> of Nebraska for highway purposes.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br /> unto the grantee and to granteets heirs and assigns forever. And
<br /> the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with grantee's
<br /> heirs and assigns that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises;
<br /> that they are free from encumbrance except any that may appear of
<br /> record; that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey
<br /> the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to
<br /> said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
