<br /> PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE. Except as otherwise provided in this Deed of Trust, Borrower shall pay to Lender all
<br /> Indetrtedness secured by this Deed of Trust as it becomes due, and Borrower and Trustor shall perform all their
