Lafayette Avenue, Grand <br />Island, NE 68803. <br />In the event the note holder becomes the last and highest bidder <br />at theforeclosure sale, the Substitute Trustee is hereby authorized, <br />appointed and directed to transfer and assign the bid to convey title <br />to the property, which is foreclosed upon, to the Secretary of <br />Veterans Affairs, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, <br />or to whomsoever the undersigned note holder shall authorize and <br />direct.
