<br /> received from grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Grand Island Post No.53,
<br /> The American Legion, Department of Nebraska (also known and referred to as
<br /> American Legion Post #53 Of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Grand

<br /> herein called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in

<br /> • over Lot 2 above described to reach the land North of the North Channel of the
<br /> Platte, River, now owned by Grantors from the land now owned by Grantors which
<br /> is South of the North Channel of the Platte River, for the purpose of�mowing
<br /> and mainten�nce of a golf course, such right to be perpetual, so long as said
<br /> land North of said North Channel (or any part thereof) continues to be used as a
<br /> golf course in conjunction with said land South of said ;North Channel.
<br /> This corrective deed is given for the purpose of releasing, and does hereby
<br /> release, the covenant and reservation in the warranty deed recorded in Book 145
<br /> of Deeds at page 268 which restricted ownership, sale, transfer, leasing, the
<br /> type of improvement, and uses to which the property could be placed; this deed
<br /> confirms full fee simple title in the grantee subject only to the conditions
<br /> stated in the foregoing paragraph, and to correctly name the grantee.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with grantee's heirs and assigns
<br /> that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free from encuinbrance
<br /> that grantor has good right and 1&wful authority to'convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will
