<br /> and between Edna F. Rehder, Life Estate, Florence Boclua Baasch and Maxine
<br /> Hasselman� Tenants in Common, Harry Baasch� husband of Florence Bocirn►an Baasch�
<br /> Alfred Hasselman, husband of Maxine Hasselman and Aerman Rehder, husband of Edna
<br /> F. Rehder of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.
<br /> F�ereas� the said Edna F. Rehder, Florence Bociar►an Baasch, Maxine
<br /> Hasselman, Haxry Baasch� Alfred Hasselman and Herman Rehder did, on or about the
<br /> lOth day of September, 1963, execute to the State oP Nebraska, for the consider-
<br /> ation therein mentioned, a conveyance of the certain lands, situated in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, which conveyance is recorded in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of the County of Hal1 in Deed Book ltt3, page 435, of the records of said
<br /> office; and whereas in said conveyance, by mistake� the property conveyed there-
<br /> by was erroneously described and whereas� to prevent difficulties hereafter, it
<br /> is expedient to correct said error.
<br /> Now� Therefore, this indenture witnesseth that said Edna F. Rehder,
<br /> Florence Boclanan Baasch, Maxine Hasselman, Harxy Baasch, Alfred Hasselman and
<br /> Herman Rehder in consideration of the agreement and consent of the State of Ne-
<br /> braska to the correction and of twenty-five dollars paid to them by the State of
<br /> Nebraska, hereby grant$, conveys, releases and confirms unto the State of Nebr-
<br /> aska, their successors and assigns, forever, all of the following described
<br /> tract of land situa.ted in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land located in Lots 1 and 2 on island
<br /> and land accreted thereto� in Section 22, Township 10 North,
<br /> Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Aall County, Nebraska, des-
<br /> cribed as follows:
<br /> Referring to the northwest corner of said Section
<br /> 22; thence southerly on the West line of said Section 22 a
<br /> distance of 221.1� feet to the point of beginning; thence
<br /> continuing southerly on said West line a distance of 1�9�.1
<br /> feet; thence easterly 89 degrees 23 minutes left a distance
<br /> of 53.1� feet; thence northerly 86 degrees 31 minutes left a
