<br /> WIT�IESSETH, that whereas said Will confers and empowers the
<br /> the said Trustee � among other things to se11 the hereafter described
<br /> real property and all other property belonging to the decedent to
<br /> the best advantage possible and to pay the Proceeds �hereof between
<br /> the legatees named in said Last Will. and �estament , and
<br /> WHF.REAS , said Party of the First Part did offer and sell
<br /> the hereafter described property, at public auction � on the 6th day
<br /> of August,, i964, at 2:00 o` clock P.M. , at the Hall County Courthouse,
<br /> after the same was dul,y advertised in a 1.ega1 newspaper and by hand
<br /> bills for a period of more than three weeks prior to said sale , a�d
<br /> WHEREAS , at said time and place , said First Party did se11
<br /> the hereafter described real property to Second Parties for the sum
<br /> of �dine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ( $g ,500,00) , said bid being the
<br /> highest and best bid received�
<br /> NOW , THEREFORE , the undersi�ned, Party of the First Part ,
<br /> as Trustee of said Estate � in consideration of the nremises and the
<br /> sum of Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ( $9,500.00) to me in hand
