<br />� Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust
<br />� executed on May 31, 2002, by Timothy A. Dreher and Katherine L.
<br />Dreher, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to Commercial Federal Bank,
<br />a Federal Savings Bank , as Trustee, for the benefit of Major
<br />Mortgage, A Wyoming Corporation, as Beneficiary, recorded on May 31,
<br />2002, at Instrument No. 200205842 in the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County County, Nebraska to secure an obligation under a Promissory
<br />Note in the amount of $66,400.00; and as assigned to Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. on May 31, 2002 by assignment
<br />recorded on October 15, 2002 at Instrument No. 200211045; Re-recorded
<br />on February 20, 2004 at Instrument No. 200401518 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County County, Nebraska. Said Deed
<br />of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on November 4, 2011
<br />by assignment recorded on November 7, 2011 at Instrument No.
<br />201108383 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. The undersigned, as present holder or the authorized
<br />agent of the holder of the Note, does hereby remove Commercial Federal
<br />Bank, a Federal Savings Bank , as Trustee and does pursuant to the
<br />terms of the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or
<br />Trustees who may have been previously appointed in place of the
<br />original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Steffi A.
<br />Swanson, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123,
<br />to serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed
<br />of Trust, and to replace Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings
<br />Bank . Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Successor
<br />Trustee under the laws of this state as a member of the Nebraska
<br />State Bar Association.
