<br /> thereunto beionging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
<br /> or demand whatsoever of the said testator of, in and to the same, or

<br /> The intention of all parties hereto is that in the event of
<br /> the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple ;title to
<br /> the real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving �rantee.
