<br /> Deed Records in such office, to correct the description in sueh Warranty Deed resulting
<br /> through the inadvertent use of an erroneous plat of survey attached thereto, for and
<br /> in consideration thereof, and the further consideration of One Dollar in hand paid,

<br /> herein called the grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebrask�
<br /> A tract of l�nd comprising a part of the South Half of the North Half of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter (SZI��,SWµ) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br /> of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the North line of said South One Half of the North One Half of
<br /> the Southwest Quarter (SZN2STn�), said point being One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Two
<br /> and Seventy-Eight Hundredths (1,362.78) feet east of the northwest corner of said South
