<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE P�ESENTS: That the Overland National Bank of
<br /> Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, as Executor of the Estate of
<br /> James J. Owen, Deceased, and pursuant �to authority granted it and
<br /> direction gave to it by the Last Will and Testament of James J. Owen,
<br /> in consideration of One Dollars ($1.00) in hand paid to it by the
<br /> Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and conf irms unto Ervin Luth and
<br /> Sharon Luth, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and not as tenants
<br /> in common, the following described premises situated in Hall Coun�y,
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Or.e (1) in Block Eleven (11) , Ashton Place,
<br /> an kdd�ion to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska'
<br /> together with all tenements� hereditaments and appur�enances thereunto
<br /> belonging, and all of the estate, right, title, interest, claim or
<br /> demand wh�tsoever of the said testator of, in and to the same, or
<br /> any part thereof:
<br /> The intention of all parties hereto is that in the event of the
<br /> death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple title to the
<br /> real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the said
<br /> ��rvin Luth and Sharon Luth, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and
<br /> not as tenants in common, and to their assigns, or to the heirs and
<br /> assigns of the survivor of them, forever, and the Grantor hereby
<br /> covenants that the premises are free and clear of any lien or encumbrance
<br /> caused by any claim for taxes levied against the Estate of James J.
<br /> Owen, Deceased, and does hereby warrant that it will defend said
<br /> premises against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming
