<br /> The County of Hall, Nebraska, is plaintiff and Thoma� L. Kearney and Kearney,
<br /> rea1. name unknown, his wife; et al., are defend�nt�, No. 36, Doc. 1, Page 385,
<br /> , the plaintiff did on the 5th day of August, 19b�, obtain a decree finding there
<br /> to be due from the defendants for general and special improvement taxes updn a
<br /> ' Certific&te of Ta.x Sale and subsequent taxes, in Causes`pf Action No. Nine and
<br /> N�. Ten, t�re sum of $331.6I:�, accruing interest and costs of the suit, and there
<br /> is due the erass petitioners from the defendant� the amount of $3,�t71�.75, and
<br /> accruing interest, and whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said
<br /> action that in default of the payment of the sum so found due from the �aid
<br /> defendants that the Sheriff of �sid County of Hall should cause the lands and
<br /> tenements hereinafter described to be adnertised and sold accvrding to law to
<br /> pay the� same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff
<br /> of said County, under and by virtue of the said decree and the order of sale to
<br /> h3.m duly directed, did, on the l�th day of October, 1960, at the north door of the
<br /> Court House in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, in said County of Hall, having
<br /> first giv�n due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale for not less
<br /> than thzrty days priar thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal
<br /> newspaper, prirated and in general circttlation in said County of HaZl, sell said
<br /> premises at public auetion to Donald Hindmarsh and Ann C. Hindmarsh, husband and
<br /> wife, as 3oint tenants and not as tenants in common� wi.th right o£ survivorship;
<br /> for the sum of Two hundred sixty and no/100 ($260.00)- - - - - - - Dollars,
<br /> (the t�ota7. �.ecrued casts of su3.t a,nd sale being $120.82), which �ale was afterwards
<br /> an the 13$1� day of October, 1960, examined and confirmed by the said Court and
<br /> tYae �aid Eo H. Stobbe as such Sheriff, ordered to convey th� said premises in fee
<br /> simple to the �aid Donald Hirrdmarsh and Ann C. Hindmarsh, husband and wife.
<br /> �TOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in
<br /> �onsideration of �he premises and hy virtue of the powers vested in me by law and
<br /> th� deeree of said Court, do hereby give, grant, and convey to the said
<br /> Do��Zd Hindmarsh aszd Ann C. Hindmarsh, husband and wife, heirs and assign�, the
<br /> prsm�.��� so as aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Eight (8} and Nine (9), in Block Twenty-six (26), in the Original
<br /> Town af Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska,- as surveyed, platted and recorded

<br /> IT BEING THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HEAETO, THAT IN THE EVENT OF THE DEATH
<br /> OF EITHER OF SAID GRAN`!'EES, THE ENTIRE FEE SIMPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED
