<br /> grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE
<br /> CONSIDERATION, received from grantees, does quitclaiza, grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Geoxge Myers and Minnie '�
<br /> Myers, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants
<br /> in common, herein called the grantees, the following described
