<br /> beth Johnson, deceased, being the duly appointed, qualified and acting
<br /> Co-Executors of said estate on this date, and in pursuance of the power
<br /> and authority granted and conferred upon us, under the terms �of the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of Sarah Elizabeth Johrison, Deceased, which
<br /> said La�t Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate in the County
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and is of record in said office, and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of ON£ & NO/100 ($1.00) DOLLARS AND OTHER
<br /> VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, in hand paid, do hereby. grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey and confirm, unto TURNER GRAIN CO., INC., the following describ-
<br /> ed real estate situated in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska,
<br /> to-wit;
<br /> The Southeast Quarter (SE�), the Southwest Quarter (SW�),
<br /> the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (S'W�I�E�),
<br /> and the Southeast Quaxter of the Northwest Quarter (SE�NW�),
<br /> all in Section Six (6), Township Twelve (12), North, .gange
<br /> Twelve (12) , VJ�est of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> containing approximately 388 acres, more or less, accord-
<br /> ing to government survey,
<br /> together wi'th all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HULD the above described premises, with all
<br /> of the herditaments and appurtenances, unto the said grantee, and to
<br /> its successors and assigns.
