<br /> HOWARD E. TRACY and HELEN A'. TRACY; husband and wife,_ each ini
<br /> his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the
<br /> Grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollars ($1.00)
<br /> and other valuable consideration, received from Grantees, does
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto RAYMOND T. BAXTER,
