<br /> the wife of Orval Stephens, said Orval Stephens being a non-resident
<br /> of the State of Nebraska and being a resident for the past several
<br /> years and at the present timeEin the State of Oregon, residing at
<br /> Portland, Oregon, said Myrtle Stephens, the Grantor herein, being
<br /> seized and possessed of the real estate hereinafter described solely
