R. Stiner as executor of the Will of Luella K. Schafer, <br /> deceased, and Conrad Schafer, a widower, and presently unmarried, <br /> and one of the beneficiaries under said will, parties of the first <br /> part �nd Henry F. Kyes, also a beneficiary under said will, party <br /> of the second part : <br /> WITNESSETH that party of the first part, in order to accomplish <br /> a final distribution of the estate of said deceased as authorized <br /> under said will and as agree d upon by all interested parties, <br /> do hereby quit claim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm to <br /> Henry F. Kyes, party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns <br /> forever the real estate described as follows : <br /> The West Half of Section 28, Township 7 Nath, Range 10, <br /> West of the 6th P.M, in Adams County, Nebraska, and, <br /> The Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 9 North, <br /> Range 10, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska , <br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and <br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging. <br /> To have and to hold the said premises with the tenements, here- <br /> ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging to party of the second <br /> part, his heirs and assigns forever. <br /> And the said L. R. Stiner does hereby covenant that he is the <br /> duly appointed, qualified and acting executor of the last will and <br /> testament of Luella K.
