<br /> GUARDIAN'S DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That in pursuance of an Order of the
<br /> Honorable Donald H. Weaver, Judge of the District Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, dated on the 3rd day of January, 1964, I was ordered and directed
<br /> to make and execute a Guardianship Deed wherein I conveyed Lot Six (6) , in
<br /> Block Nineteen (19), in Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, �
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to William L. Roesch, upon his payment into the
<br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, of the sum of $7,000.00 in fulfill-
<br /> ment of a contract entered into by Joseph G. Weeks, a widower, prior to the
<br /> time he was adjudged mentally incompetent; that as such guardian I have
<br /> i
<br /> posted a surety bond in the amount of $6,000.00 guaranteeing my faithful
<br /> performance as such guardian; that the said William L. Roesch, as plaintiff,
<br /> filed a petition in said District Court setting forth the facts relating to
<br /> said contract of sale; that the Court entered an order fixing the time and
<br /> place of hearing in accordance with Section 37-702, R. S. Nebraska 1943, as
<br /> amended, and that on January 3, 1964, the same being the time and place set
<br /> for hearing on said petition as published in said notice, a hearing was had
<br /> on said petition and on the answers and consents of the next of kin and on
<br /> the answer and consent of the guardian and the Court having been fully ad-
<br /> vised in the premises entered a decree ordering me as guardian of the said
<br /> Joseph G. Weeks to make and execute a good and sufficient deed of conveyance
<br /> wherein I conveyed the premises hereinbefore described to the said William L,
<br /> Roesch upon his payment into said Court of the stim of $7,000.00; that said
<br /> sum has been paid into Court.
<br /> NOW, THEI2EFORE, I, Ray M. Higgins, as Guardian of Joseph G. Weeks, an
<br /> incompetent, in consideration of the premises and the swn of $7,000.00 paid
<br /> into Court and by virtue of the powers entrusted in me by said order and
<br /> proceedings, do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said William
<br /> L. Roesch and unto his heirs and assigns the real estate described as follows,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> Lot Six (6), in Block Nineteen (19), in Schimmer's Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> with all of the appurtences thereunto belonging, to have and to hold the same
