<br /> and between Aobert C. Larson of Cairo, �Iall County, Nebraska, Ad-
<br /> roinistrator With Will Annexed of the Estate of Laura Isabel Aickard,
<br /> deceased, late of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter kno�an
<br /> as the ADMINISTHATOA and Deralea Veeder and Alfred L. Veeder, wife
<br /> and husband, of Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter known as the I

<br /> WI°�NESSETH, that the said Fiobert C. Larson the duly ap-
<br /> pointed, qualified and acting Administrator With Will Annexed of
<br /> the $state of Iaura Isabel Fiickard, deceased, who under her Last
<br /> Will and Testament which is of record in the office of the Probate
<br /> Court in Hall County, Nebraska, by virte�re of the power and author-
<br /> ity �ranted and conferred upon him, under the said Will and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of �7,000.00 paid to said ADMINISTAATOFi
<br /> by the BUYEr�S, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
<br /> by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br /> the said Deralea Veeder and Alfred L. Veeder, wife and husband,
<br /> AS JOINT TENANTS AND NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON �dITH THE FiIGHT OF
