<br /> as joint tenants w�th right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real
<br /> property in ..Grand...Zslas�l.r...Hd1.l............... County, Nebraska: The South Forty-five
<br /> (45) Feet of Lot Fifteen (15j in Block Nineteen (19), Scarff's Addition to
<br /> West Lawn, an addition to the City of Grand Tsland, Nebraska, and a tract
<br /> of land abutting thereon and described as follows: Beginning at the
<br /> Southwest corner of Lot Fifteen (15), Block Nineteen (19�, Scarff's Addition
<br /> to West Lawn, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, thence running
<br /> east on the south line of said Lot 15 for a distance of one hundred thirty-
<br /> two (132j feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 15, thence running south
<br /> on a prolongation of the east line of said Lot 15, for a distance of nineteen
<br /> (19) feet, thence running west parallel to the south line of said Lot 15 for
<br /> a distance of one hundred thirty-two {132) feet to a point on the westerly

<br /> assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully seised of said
<br /> premises; that they are free from encumbrance;
<br /> that grantor has good right arid lawful authority to convey the same; and that grantor �varrants and
<br /> will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of ail persons whomsoever.
<br /> It ia the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the grantees,
