<br /> States District Court for the District of Nebraska, wherein Robert
<br /> D. Robertson is the bankrupt and wherein exists assets of real
<br /> estate belonging to said bankruptcy estate hereinafter described,
<br /> I, Richard Huebner, the duly appointed Trustee in said bankruptcy,
<br /> made application to Jerrold L. Strasheim, i�eferee, for an Order author-
<br /> izing acceptance of an offer by Harold Green, Jr. , of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, 'to purchase Lot Eight ($) Block One (1) , Blaine Addition,
<br /> being a Subdivision of Lots Four (�.j and Five (5) of Garrett's
<br /> Subdivision of the P�ortheast �uarter (NE�) of Section Nine (9) ,
<br /> Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ivine (9) , West of the 6th P.M.
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, in the amount of Two Thousand Lollars (�2,000.00)
<br /> less the value of existing liens on sa.d premises.
<br /> That, pursuant to said Application, an Or�er was er.tered
<br /> onthe llth day of December, 1963, authorizing and confirr�iinP the
<br /> private sale of said assets by the Referee;
<br /> THEREFO�, pursuant to said Order, I, :�ichard Hu�bner, as
<br /> Trustee, in consideration of the payment of Four Hundred Sixty �,
<br /> 11��100 Dollars (�y,bo.l�.) so paid by Har,�lcz Green, Jr. and L:elores
<br /> A. Green, of Grand Island, Nebraska, by virtue of the power vested
<br /> in me by law, do hereby grant, sell and convey unto the said Harold
<br /> Green, Jr, and Delores A. Green, husband and wife, as joint tenants
<br /> with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, the
<br /> following described real estate :
