JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED

<br /> bth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br /> as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE4NE�) of said
<br /> Section Thirty (30) , thence northerly on section line,
<br /> a distance of Two Hundred Fifty-two (252.0) feet, thence
<br /> defl'ecting left 90°OOt and running in a westerly direction
<br /> a distance of One Hundred Fo r ty three (1t�3.0) feet, thence
<br /> de£�cting left 90°OOt and running in a southerly direction
