<br /> the Interstate Highway which is located on that
<br /> portion of the above described property conveyed
<br /> to the State of I�ebraska and described in the
<br /> Deed recorded in Book 135 oi the Deed Records of
<br /> Hall County, I�ebraska, at page 455, and containing
