<br /> AND WHEREAS, said Sheriff, under and by virtue of said execution, having
<br /> first ,given due and lega�. noti.c,e of ,the time and place o� sale for more than
<br /> thirty, days prior i;:�ereto by publishing a riotice of the same in the Grand
<br /> Islarid Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and of general circulation in
<br /> said State o� Nebraska, County of Hall, did sell said 'lands and tenements
<br /> at public auction to I�ester B. Plautz and Ila F. Plautz, husband and wife,
<br /> as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, for the sum of Eight thousand
<br /> five hundred and no�100 ($8,500.00) Dollars, they being the highest bidder
<br /> th�refor, which sale was afterwards, at the Fall term of said District Court,
<br /> A.D. 1963, exaxni.ned and confirmed, and the said Sheriff was ordered to convey
<br /> the said premises in fee simple to said Lester B. Plautz and Ila F. Plautz,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants �.nd not as,tenants in common.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, I, Bill Ummel, Sheriff of said Hall County as aforesaid,
<br /> in consideration of the premises and by virtue of �the powers vested in me by
<br /> law and the decree of said court, do hereby give, jrarst and convey to the said
<br /> Lester B. Plautz and Ila F. Plautz, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and
<br /> their assigns, and the heirs and assigns of the survivor, the premises so as
