<br /> of Hall, herein called the grantee, the following described real

<br /> of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more paxtic-

<br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> of said section, thence west on the half section line a
<br /> distance of 344.33 feet, thence deflecting right 89° 03'
<br /> 53" and proceeding northerly a distance of 1102.65 feet,
<br /> thence deflecting left 89° 37' 40" and proceeding westerly
