RESOLUTION
<br /> � � , the Hall County Housing Authority is dedicated to
<br /> the well-being of the u,nelerprivileged and those in need of care
<br /> and comfort;
<br /> WHEREAS, the County of Ha11 has agreed to provide a shelter
<br /> home for children in Hall Courxty, N�braska, and is desirous of a
<br /> central location for such shelter home;
<br /> WHE,REXS, th� Hall County Housing Authority is the owner of
<br /> a tract of land in the northeast corner of its holdings in Hall
<br /> Co�anty, Nebraska, that would be a logical location for such
<br /> �hildsenys shelt�r home and such area is acceptable to the County
<br /> of Hall for the erection of such home, and it being within the
<br /> prov�nce of the Hall County Housing Authority to convey such real
<br /> estate to the County of Hall;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS;
<br /> Z'he Chairman and the Secretary be, and hereby are, authorized
<br /> and directed to execute a quitclaim deed to the County of Hall of
<br /> that real estate described as follows:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the South One Half
<br /> of the Northeast Quarter (S�NE4j of Section Seventeen (17),
<br /> Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th �
<br /> P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br /> as follows;
<br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> of said section, thenee west on the half section line a dis-
<br /> tance of 344.33 feet, thence deflecting right 89° 03' S3"
<br /> and proceeding northerly a distance of 1i02.65 feet, thence
<br /> deflecting left 890 37' 40" and proceeding westerly 138.0
<br /> feet, thence deflecting right 90° 37' 10" and proceeding
<br /> northerly 226.3 feet to a point on the north line of said
<br /> South One Half of the Northeast Quarter (S�NE�), said point
<br /> also being on the west line of White Av�nue, City of Grand
<br /> Island, this being the actual point of beginning; thence
<br /> running westerly along and upon the north line of said
<br /> South One Half of the Northeast Quarter (S�NE�) a distance
<br /> of Four Hundred (400.0) Feet to a point on the east line of
<br /> Bo9'gs Avenue; thence d�flecting 90� 48' 30" left and running
<br /> southerly along the prolongation of the east line of Boggs
<br /> Avenue a distance of One Hundred Fifty-seven and Nine Tenths
<br /> (157.9j Feet; thence deflecting left 430 34' 10" and running
<br /> southeasterly a distance of Three Hundred One and Five Hund-
<br /> redths (301.05) Feet; thence deflecting left 90� 02' 30" and
<br /> running northeasterly a distance of Two Hundred Sixty-eight
